The White Columns courts are seeing a lot of action recently and we couldn’t be more excited! We just wanted to take a minute and clarify our booking policies for our members to be sure everyone can enjoy the courts.
Courts 1,2,3,4,5 & 10 are bookable 5 days out
Courts 8 &9 (clay courts) are bookable 8 days out
Courts 6 & 7 are bookable 10 days out
If for any reason, you require a reservation be made farther out than the allotted times allowed, please contact RJ at 404-384-2470 or Brian at 352-697-2507.
There has also been some issues with court reservations using the iPhone app. Below is a message from the Reserve My Court president on booking court time with the iPhone app.
Users should follow the steps below with the iPhone App to be sure they do not have an issue with selecting the start and end times on the App.
1. On the schedule, select the start time by placing your finger on that slot. This is the very first screen you come to after you login.
2. Once the Blue Reservation block comes up, use the white dot at the bottom of the block as a handle to drag the reservation block down to fill the entire desired length of the reservation.
3. Then tap the text in the block to bring you to the reservation details which will have the proper start and end time.
4. If the start and end times are not what you want, change the end time first to the correct time and then change the start time.
