Branch 3.5 Team Captures USTA City Championship!

After taking 2 lines to kick off the city finals, it came down to 3 potential 3rd set tiebreakers to decide the championship. Pulling out the W was none other than team captain Merideth Branch pulling out her singles line in an absolute nail biter right down to the finish. Following Branch’s clinching win, the doubles team of Michelle Casey and Kelli Moraes also pulled out there doubles line to bring the overall score to 4-1 following a tight 3rd set heartbreaker from Leslie Malone at her singles line. Congrats to Judy Belknap, Wendy Henslee, Gillian Lohr and Katie Sacia for getting the team off to a huge 2-0 start!
